I’d say it feels fairly transparent overall. The lab results are posted in a way that’s easy enough to find, at least from what I could tell.

Overall, the prices are okay and you can find some decent value here. But a few items felt a little overpriced to me. I mean, who doesn’t want to feel like they’re getting a great deal?

My order showed up in totally plain packaging, which I really appreciated. There was nothing on the outside that made it obvious what was inside. Everything was packed neatly and arrived in good shape. Overall, I was really happy with how low-key it all looked...

I had a really easy time using tryplainjane.com. Right away, it just felt like one of those sites where I knew where to go without having to think too hard about it. The pages loaded smoothly, the filters made sense, and the product details were clear enough for me to feel like I was picking the right thing.
Checkout was just as straightforward, which I always appreciate. Nothing felt sketchy, cluttered, or overly complicated, and my gut reaction was basically, “Yep, this works.” Overall, I’d give it 5 stars for being simple, clean, and easy to order from.

They’ve got a good variety overall, and I usually find something I like. But it’s a little frustrating when my usual favorites are sold out. I kind of blame them for not keeping the popular stuff stocked more consistently

One of the smaller items wasn’t what I picked though, and while it wasn’t a huge deal, it was still kind of annoying. I ended up checking my receipt just to make sure I hadn’t messed it up

Shipping was fine overall, nothing really stood out there. I just wish the packing matched the order a little better

My order had a bit of a problem so I reached out asking for a refund. It took support a couple days to get back to me, which was a little annoying, but they were really nice once they replied and got everything sorted out. Wasnt perfect, but I’m happy with how they handled it.

i mean, I had a small issue with my order and emailed support not really expecting much. They replied quickly and were actually nice about it, not just sending some generic copy-paste response.
They got it sorted and kept me updated along the way, which I really appreciated. It was simple, easy, and better service than I usually get from most online shops.

It wasn’t bad enough that I couldn’t use it, but I was hoping the quality would be more consistent. Shipping was fine and everything arrived without any issues. I might give it another try, but I’m not totally sure yet...
